I have an eye for great building bones, and have owned and renovated several properties. As an Engineer and a handy DIY guy, my friends and family always asked me to tag along to see any properties they were considering buying.<\/p>\n

Being the third wheel on these visits became tiring, as I was limited in how I could help and be involved. I felt that getting licensed as an agent myself would give me the ability to help those putting their trust in me in a totally different way and make sure their interests were properly being protected.<\/p>\n

My experience is not just limited to residential property; during my career prior to becoming an agent, I have managed repairs and maintenace for over 90,000 sqft of industrial space, overseen the renovation of a nearly 100 year old building, leased commercial space, and advised on the very profitable purchase and subsequent sale of a commercial condo.\u00a0<\/p>\n
