I have an eye for great building bones, and have owned and renovated several properties. As an Engineer and a handy DIY guy, my friends and family always asked me to tag along to see any properties they were considering buying.

Being the third wheel on these visits became tiring, as I was limited in how I could help and be involved. I felt that getting licensed as an agent myself would give me the ability to help those putting their trust in me in a totally different way and make sure their interests were properly being protected.

My experience is not just limited to residential property; during my career prior to becoming an agent, I have managed repairs and maintenace for over 90,000 sqft of industrial space, overseen the renovation of a nearly 100 year old building, leased commercial space, and advised on the very profitable purchase and subsequent sale of a commercial condo. 

I now assist clients at all stages in life with the purchase or sale of residential properties, as well as any of the needs of their businesses, whether it be leasing or purchasing of a new facility, or brokering the sale of a business. 

Pairing my consultancy with my real estate license allows me to provide a start-to-finish partnership for the purchase or sale of a business.
